Arrived at the shelter on November 6.

An allergy in the home is the reason why I am here looking for a new home. I am a quiet gal that remains mostly independent and shy, but will come out from hiding on occasion when I am hungry of minimally interested in what's going on around me. I lived with children, but they did not appreciate the fact that I am not outgoing and playful. I think I would be best suited with a mature couple or a single person that just wants another presence around.

I require encouragement to get me to approach you, but you'll know in your heart that I do appreciate you. I just don't always show it. When I feel the need for some one on one, I will head butt you or rub up against your leg or hand. I can be tempting, on occasion to swat my paw at a feather wand or allow a felt mouse to tease me. For the most part I am relaxed, but prefer to enjoy life's little surprises when I feel I need to.
