“Winnie” I arrived as a stray, but my microchip identified my owner, unfortunately their address and telephone # have changed and they didn't update their information with the microchip company. I'm hoping that they see my picture here on the web site and come to get me. Until then, I sit here and patiently await attention from anyone. I have befriended a fellow kennel mate (a Beagle) that understands the trials and tribulations of us hounds. Our noses and vocal cords usually get us into trouble. We like to travel and make as much noise as possible. This is not always a bad thing. If we are serving our true Hound purpose, these traits come in very handy. I am pretty, lively and love to play. My tail lets you know that I am happy and adjusting and my eyes tell a tale of loneliness. I'm not really lonely, but my droopy face pulls at your heart strings. this comes in handy too! I can be shy at times and would likely suit a home with mature children. Ages 10+ are good for me. Cats are OK and I like most dogs if they like me. |
