There are several ways you can provide support for the shelter, the animals, and the work we do:

  By becoming a supporter you will be helping us care for the thousands of homeless pets we see each year. You can choose from various Levels of Giving, and/or offer your time as a volunteer. All donations are tax deductible.
  For as little as $5.00 a month, you can sponsor a pet on the web. For only $20 a month you can sponsor a page on our website. By sponsoring a page you get a link to your website (if you have one).
 
 

For only 33 cents a day you can adopt a cat kennel each month for a year. Or, you could adopt a dog kennel for 67 cents a day. In return you get a personalized recognition tag placed on the kennel for a year. During the second and following years you participate, your tag will be ruby, silver, and then gold to indicate the number of years you have pledged. We also send you a coupon book so you will have a reminder to send your check each month. Or better yet, you can charge your pledge on your VISA or Mastercard. You can make a real difference.

Why not get a group together at work to participate? With four people, a dog kennel would be 17 cents a day for each person. A maximum of four sponsors will be allowed on each kennel. Once this program is fully funded, it will bring in $17,600 a year!

The Greater Androscoggin Humane Society’s Remembrance Gift Program provides a special way to reach out to family and friends to express sympathy for the loss of a loved one, to extend get well wishes, or remember someone on a special occasion, while providing support for the Society’s many programs for pets.

GIFTS IN THOUGHTFUL REMEMBRANCE
Your Remembrance Gift to Greater Androscoggin Humane Society is a meaningful way to honor the memory of a deceased friend, relative or pet, as well as extend best wishes for a recovery from illness, acknowledge a special kindness or celebrate significant events in others' lives.

HOW IT WORKS
When your Remembrance Gift is received, the Society will immediately send a card to the person you designate—in your name. The amount of the gift is not mentioned and you will receive an acknowledgement of your tax-deductible gift.

WHAT YOUR GIFT WILL DO
Your Remembrance Gift will provide much needed financial support to help the Society carry on its mission and commitment to promote a Humane Community by providing the best possible care for stray, abandoned and abused animals.
